Through sustained community engagement, students develop the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary for civic leadership. Experiences encourage students to deepen their understanding of social inequities and their structural causes, examine their own perspectives and biases, and build their capacity to work collaboratively toward community-identified priorities
Create and facilitate training modules/workshops that align with the Landis Center’s mission and values, helping students understand the principles of ethical engagement, cultural responsibility, and reciprocal partnership.
